Minds Unlimited offers evidence-based trainings that bring awareness and presence to as many people as possible at work. We support organisations and individuals in building the internal capacity for sustainable and successful change.
We have put our training programme to the test. In 2022, Stockholm University published a randomized controlled study conducted while we delivered our programme at a large international telecom company. The results were highly positive. Here is one of the key conclusions:

All our programmes are grounded in mindfulness. Here are some of the proven effects of organisational development using mindfulness as a core method.

When we first launched our offering, it was only us, Google and a handful of pioneers who used mindfulness as a method for developing both people and organisations. Even then, research showed significant and far-reaching benefits.
Today, thousands of studies are published every year, making mindfulness one of the most researched methods for stress management, psychological wellbeing, physical health and sustainable workplaces.
Our offering includes around ten evidence-based training programmes, and more than twenty facilitators who work with us to support the development of sustainable and flourishing workplaces and beyond.

Gunnar Michanek, one of the founders of Minds Unlimited, brought our mindfulness-based programmes into the Swedish Parliament and was among the first external trainers certified in Google’s Search Inside Yourself.
Since May 2024, Caroline Seblad and Marika Jonmar have owned and led Minds Unlimited, carrying the work forward to help create a more conscious and compassionate world.
